My name is Brandon Bretz and I have over 20 years of experience as a draftsmen in the architecture industry. Through my years of working in the industry I’ve come to realize that often times projects pile up or multiple projects hit at the same time. It’s this understanding of the fluctuating nature of architecture that prompted me to start Freelance Services to fill a need by providing drafting services.
I have experience in residential and commercial drawing sets, but I’ve always been drawn to the design build world and projects that have allowed me to fully utilize my creativity. I have worked in several areas of the architecture industry including design-build firms, a commercial and residential development company, and architectural firms. My architectural design skills include drawing with CAD and 3D modeling in Revit.
Although most of my client base has been business to business providing drafting for architecture and design firms, I have also worked with homeowners on small remodel or addition projects. My services include as-built drawings, remodels, additions, construction and permit documents, as well as custom home design.
